Shipping: Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be shipped by the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note: If a holiday falls on a weekday, orders will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping to the Continental United States: IMEXRC uses UPS and USPS for shipping orders.

Since we charge a flat rate of $8.99 for shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate request for preferred carriers. Once the order has shipped,
please allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order.

We reserve the right to request a signature when the delivery is attempted. Carries also reserve the
right to request a signature when delivering. We cannot request the carrier to leave a package with
out a signature. You may contact the carrier for assistance for other options. Once the package has been
delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise.

IMEXRC is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska: IMEXRC will ship to all addresses in Hawaii & Alaska.
Please add an additional $10.00 for shipping ($18.99 total), this does not apply to Jumbo Kong Tires
or Jumbo Kong Sets. The shipping charge will be charged at actual cost.
We suggest contacting us by e-mail requesting a shipping quote (please provide the item
number/s and your address). We will then provide you with the actual shipping charge for your order.

Shipping International, including Canada: International shipping charges will be based on the size
and weight of the package. All international orders will be shipped by the United States Post Office
(www.usps.com).

Please note: We will only accept PayPal as the method of payment for international orders
(see International Payment below). Please disregard the $8.99 shipping charge during checkout,
we will send you a PayPal payment request with your order total and the correct shipping amount.
Please note: Orders shipped Internationally maybe subject to local taxes and customs duties that may be
added once your order reaches its destination. Please contact your local authorities for more
information.

IMEXRC will not know if any additional charges such as brokerage fees will apply.
These additional charges are your responsibility as the buyer.
We will not falsify your invoice or any other information regarding your order, so please do not ask.

Payment: IMEXRC accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards.
When paying by credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping
address. If the billing address does not match the address at your financial institution or
if the issuing bank cannot verify the billing address used, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.
Please note: when paying by Discover Card, we will need the CVV# from your card before your order can
be processed. Please call us at 352.754.8522 once you order has been submitted If you have your orders
shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address, we suggest that you contact your credit
card company and ask them to list your shipping address as an alternate address on your account.
Doing this will eliminate delays with processing your order.

International Payment, including Canada: We only accept PayPal as the method of payment for International
orders. When you are ready to select the Payment Method during checkout, please select
PhoneFax, on the next screen click the Complete Order button. We will send you a PayPal payment

Order Fulfillment: IMEXRC does not offer back orders,
if you order an item that is out of stock it will be cancelled.
